Before We Begin

Design Approval

We’ll confirm the main design details, materials, colors, and price before work begins. Small handmade variations may occur, and the finished piece may not be an exact replica of an inspiration photo.

Changes After Approval

Changes requested after materials have been purchased or work has begun may affect the price and completion date. Some changes may not be possible once an item is in progress.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit or full payment may be required before materials are ordered or customization begins. Deposits may become nonrefundable once supplies have been purchased or work has started.

Customer-supplied Items

We may accept customer-supplied hats, clothing, bags, or accessories depending on the material and project. Customization involves heat, adhesives, tools, and handling, so we cannot guarantee that every supplied item can be altered without risk.

Returns & Final Sale

Custom and personalized items are generally final sale. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved design, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
